Growth Coaching × Enneagram is an intensive 9-hour advanced training program for coaches who have already completed professional coach training. You will deepen your self-awareness as a coach, gain new perspectives on the coaching core competencies, and learn how to use the Enneagram to support growth.
The program is particularly relevant for internal coaches, HR professionals, leaders, and other professionals who are already trained as coaches and want to take their coaching skills to the next level.

Who is the program for?
This advanced training is designed for coaches who have already completed a professional coach certification training program.
It is suitable for coaches at different stages of their professional development, including ICF ACC-, PCC- and MCC-credentialed coaches as well as EMCC-accredited coaches.
The program is particularly valuable for internal coaches and coach-trained professionals working in HR, leadership, or other expert roles within organizations.
