ICF Level 1 accredited coach education

Certified Growth Coach is our comprehensive 110-hour ICF Level 1 accredited coach education program for professionals who want to develop professional coaching competence and complete a formal coach certification training.

This is the right path if your goal is not only to use coaching skills in your current role, but to train as a coach, complete an accredited coach education program and have the opportunity to continue towards the ICF ACC credential.

The program combines professional coaching skills, extensive practice, feedback, mentoring, self-awareness and the ICF Core Competencies. You will develop both what you do as a coach and who you are as a coach.

The outcome

After completing the program and its requirements, you will become a Certified Growth Coach and have completed an ICF Level 1 accredited coach education program.

The program provides the accredited education pathway towards ICF ACC. The ACC credential itself is awarded separately by ICF once all applicable ICF credentialing requirements have been met.

  • Creating Space Instead of Having the Answers

    The programme changed the way I listen, lead and interact with others. The Enneagram helped me recognise how my natural desire to help is both a strength and a potential blind spot. I have learned to slow down, stay curious and trust the coachee’s own thinking instead of rushing to solve.
